Executive Summary

Methodology

Fifteen inter-cycle intervals were derived from sixteen logged start dates. Descriptive statistics (mean, median, population standard deviation, min/max) were computed over this series. Forward predictions use a simple rolling-average model: each projected date is the previous date plus the rounded mean cycle length, propagated for 12 future cycles. A ±1 standard-deviation band is layered on to communicate uncertainty rather than presenting single-point forecasts as certainties — cycle length naturally varies, and this is a statistical estimate, not a fixed schedule.
